The Tennis Program at LAS summer provides the ultimate tennis experience. Students of all skill levels and abilities in this program develop their athletic skills and become better, healthier athletes, both physically and mentally. Students in the Tennis Program focus on the development of their tennis skills, including body awareness, balance, conditioning, and critical thinking capabilities. Students set realistic goals and reflect on their personal and athletic progress each day, encouraging growth and fostering confidence as each new goal is achieved.
Students in this program will learn about the importance of healthy sleeping habits, nutrition, lifestyle choices, and mental strength in order to maximize performance in all areas of life. At the end of the session, students will participate in a tournament with their coaches, providing the perfect opportunity for them to showcase their new skills and talents, while enjoying a fun day in the sun with their coaches and peers!
