This October the Advancement team launched the LAS Impact Fund!  

We have reimagined the annual fund as the LAS Impact Fund and with this shift have made it our priority to deliver impact for our students and transparency for our Global Family. In just the first semester of this academic year, the fund has already fundraised and awarded seven grants totaling 25,000 CHF directly to on-campus initiatives! 

The Impact Fund welcomes students, faculty, and staff to apply for grants to fund equipment, projects, or trips that help deliver impact for our students. This means that our Global Family’s philanthropic generosity has already been put to work enhancing the LAS experience. Thank you.  

During this first round, our Impact Fund Committee has already awarded grants for: 

• Cutting-edge hardware for our new design, innovation, and coding programs
• Students to attend the Hague International Model United Nations conference
• Cooking classes for students in grades 7, 8, and 9
• A new Savoy campus student lounge

As we head toward the holiday season and a major fundraising period for LAS, we want to ensure that we demonstrate transparency to you, our donors, and are incredibly excited to be able to deliver an immediate impact for our students. 

In the next MMM we will include updates, photos, and testimony of how the projects the Impact Fund has supported are elevating the LAS experience.
