While the graduating class of 2021 lived through some interesting times during their final two years at LAS, we were determined to make sure that they were not deprived of the opportunity to properly celebrate their graduation.

On a hot afternoon in May, the Grande Salle at the Belle Époque transformed for the graduation ceremony with flowers and bunting, music, and the Class of 2021, dressed in scarlet graduation robes, processing in to be honored and rewarded for their hard work and achievements.

After a ceremony filled with a lovely mix of speeches, music, and each student being individually recognized, the students threw their caps into the air in a wild outburst of happiness. Family and friends watched the livestream from afar, but that didn’t dampen the graduates’ enthusiasm as they marked the end of their high school life and entered into the adult world. 

Class of 2021 - everyone here at LAS is incredibly proud of and excited for you. You completed your secondary education under extraordinarily difficult circumstances, and you did so with grace and honor. We are so excited to now welcome you to the LAS alumni family!
