T.I.L.E. Event: Led by Leo M

One of the joys of education is watching students grow, both academically and in their personal lives.This week, one of our students, Leo M., organized and led a TILE (Talks in Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship) event with visiting scholar, Özge Hacifazlioglu, and her husband, Erdem. Özge is a professor and TOK teacher and Erdem is in the publishing business. They spoke of their career paths in Turkey and what it is to be a leader. We were so impressed with Leo's commitment to organizing such a motivational talk for his peers.
