LAS Sports Awards: Celebrating Our Most Improved and MVPs!
Each year, the Sports Awards at LAS celebrate our athletes' dedication, teamwork, and achievements. The Sports Awards are a fantastic opportunity to honor their hard work and commitment, and celebrate how much students have improved throughout the semester. While participation in sports is what truly matters, receiving recognition for their accomplishments celebrates student success and inspires them to push themselves and strive for excellence in their athletic activities.
Thanks to our campus's wonderful location and cutting-edge facilities, we are able to offer our students a variety of exciting after-school athletics and activities to choose from. Students interested in athletics can participate in soccer, swimming, tennis, mountain biking, skiing, and more! Artistic students may choose to participate in school play or musicals, learn to play an instrument, or try out new mediums in art activities. Other activity options include Student Council, Human Rights Club, and National Honor Society.
This semester, students have progressed a lot in their sports and activities. Coupled with Tuesday and Thursday afternoon skiing, our students have loved improving athletically alongside their friends.
