LAS Mathematicians Participate in the 2024 CEMC Competition!

The 2024 CEMC Senior Maths Competition has proven to be very successful for LAS students! At LAS, we encourage students to push themselves out of their comfort zones and be the best versions of themselves. The opportunity to compete against peers from all over the world and challenge themselves in an academic environment was a fantastic experience, and our mathematics students should be so proud of their achievements! 

Congratulations to all our students for their participation in this event. A special shoutout goes to Akos ‘25 for being awarded 3rd place and coming 1st in the school. Students awarded with distinctions (top 25% in competitors) were Akos ‘25, Sara ‘26, Otavio ‘25, Drino ‘25, and Harunobu ‘25. Congratulations also to Antonio '26, Yubi '26, Jiyou '26, Csaba '25, and Ssu-Tsan '25 for their participation. This is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of all the students involved in this challenging competition. 

This achievement reflects all our students' dedication, talent, and hard work. They have built a strong academic foundation at LAS through their lessons but have also worked hard in their own time to prepare for this challenge. The discipline needed for this is very impressive, and we commend our students on their dedication. As we celebrate the achievements of our students, we also want to acknowledge the commitment and support of the teachers who have played a crucial role in helping them prepare for this competition!
