Honoring Excellence: The National Honor Society Induction at LAS

Induction into the National Honor Society (NHS) is not just a recognition of academic achievement; it's an acknowledgment of a student's commitment to scholarship, service, leadership, and character. We recently had the pleasure of inducting some new students into the LAS chapter of the National Honor Society!

These students are not just scholars; they are civic-minded individuals who are excited to make a positive impact on the world. Their decision to support charities like Mama Muxima and UNICEF reflects their commitment to service and empathy for others. We couldn't be prouder of their accomplishments and can’t wait to see the positive impact they make on our local and global communities!

The induction was a really celebratory event, and the Belle Époque Grande Salle was bustling with excitement as we welcomed new members into this society. NHS isn't just about awards and recognition; it's about developing the next generation of leaders who will impact the world in a positive way. Through our leadership programs and opportunities at LAS, we aim to empower students to become independent thinkers and citizens of the world. NHS formalizes this and allows students to gain recognition for all their hard work!

As these newly inducted members embark on their journey with NHS, we are excited to see how they will develop themselves and embody the LAS values of scholarship, service, and leadership. Congratulations to all our NHS inductees—we can't wait to see the incredible things you achieve!
