Annual Sports Awards Recognize Another Year of Athletic Growth and Successes

Our wonderful location and cutting-edge facilities enable us to offer a wide variety of exciting after-school athletics and activities. Our students can participate in soccer, swimming, tennis, mountain biking, freeride and freestyle skiing and snowboarding, alpine ski racing, cross-country running, badminton, volleyball, and basketball! Because of all of this, we have a very active and athletic student population! Each year, we love to take a moment to celebrate our athletes for their successes, how they have grown, and how they have contributed to the spirit of our community.

The Sports Awards ceremony is a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and spirit of teamwork our students have demonstrated throughout the fall and winter, as well as celebrate their proud victories. This past fall and winter our athletes have demonstrated tremendous growth and success, including winning championships and making the podiums across several sports!

It was heartwarming to hear the coaches’ words as they described how athletes put in extra hours to improve, encouraged each other to be their best, and supported each other during challenging moments. There were awards for Most Valuable Player (MVP), Most Improved, and the Coach’s Award (the athlete who demonstrated a great attitude, a growth mindset, and is supportive and encouraging to their teammates). As recipient names were announced the gym always erupted with applause and cheers.
