Kids 8-12
SIS Alpine Adventure is a summer program in Switzerland geared specifically for ages 8-12. This exciting program encourages active participation, fun learning and self-discovery. Students attend classes in the mornings and participate in group activities during the afternoon, learning about the world and themselves while meeting other students from diverse cultures. On weekends, students embark on fully-supervised half and full day excursions in nearby Swiss cities and visit cultural and recreational landmarks. Boys and girls in the Alpine Adventure program live in separate areas of the residence hall with SIS staff. Our caring staff provides 24-hour supervision and a safe, family-like community that facilitates enrichment and personal achievement.
Summer in Switzerland (SIS) offers two sessions of three consecutive weeks, with the optional Recreation and Culture week between the two sessions. Students have the opportunity to participate for two to seven weeks, with arrivals scheduled for Saturdays and departures scheduled for Fridays.
