Guy Fishman - Cello (co-director)

Principal cellist since 2002, Handel & Haydn Society; performances with Boston Baroque since 2002. Appearances across the United States and England, Holland, Poland, and Switzerland. Concerts with Apollo's Fire, Emmanuel Music, Boston Museum Trio, Orchestra of St. Luke's, Mark Morris Dance Group. Chamber music at Jordan Hall, Sanders Theater, Carnegie's Weill Hall, Merkin Concert Hall. Participant at the Tanglewood, Kneisel Hall, Chautauqua, and Musicorda festivals. Member of the New Fromm Players at Tanglewood. Principal cellist of the New York String Orchestra at Carnegie Hall. 2005 Fulbright Scholar in The Netherlands; studies with Anner Bylsma. Recordings on the Centaur, Telarc, Titanic, and Newport Classics labels. Performs on a rare cello made in Rome in 1704 by David Tecchler.
